Through a leaking bodily cavity resembling the pork found in Chinese restaurants, Satan shat out a crystal beaming with glowing red embers. This crystal matured into the fetus of Seth Troxler. Seth was placed on earth as a weeping fetus, the sound of inevitability. As he grew, his ancestral roots took on a magnetic channeling power, more than his feeble mind could ever consciously fathom. As a result, he became capable of creating some of the world's finest and most intuitive dance cuts, including releases on Spectral, Items & Things (as Thrill Cosby), Circus Company, FXHE (Young Seth), Esperanza, Beretta Grey, Leftroom, and Dumb Unit. Through a preternatural understanding of rave, Seth conjours up mixes like Botticelli conjoured his Venus. He has played many outstanding international gigs, notably Panorama Bar, Watergate, Robert Johnson, Harry Kline, Batofar, City Fox, The Rex and LA's Avalon, and NYC's Wolf + Lamb parties. He was also a key conceptual force behind America's "Tesh Club" now, "Vissionquest" parties/production group with partners Ryan Crosson and Lee Curtiss. His musical influences include the chirping of crickets, the whirring of space ships, and the sweet sounds of whistling voodoo magic. However, Seth draws the majority of his inspiration from Robert Downey Jr., and the idea of releasing the shackles that bind Downey so he can finally do heroin in peace. On cold Detroit or Berlin evenings one can often witness Seth Troxler in his front yard, situated beside an overly-cumbersome boombox in a nylon tracksuit, jacking his body to old Dancemania cuts and cooking bbq. To be involved in such a happening, or eat any of his cooking for that matter, is truly magic.

The Rebel Agency is very happy to announce 2 new artists to join the roster.
Clive Henry has been a friend of the Rebels for many years, and we're very happy to welcome him on board with the Rebel Agency.
Dividing his time between Ibiza in the summer and London in the winter Clive juggles a Summer residency for Circoloco at DC10 with regular cutting-edge parties such as Kubikle in London. He never fails to impress with his distinctive brand of house and techno. As one half of Peace Division he has been responsible for producing some classic dancefloor tracks and remixes. The Soft Heavy ep on Crosstown Rebels last year being a prime example...
Seth Troxler has in the last year made himself at home in Berlin, after making the move over from Detroit. Seth becomes the youngest member of the Agency, and is an exceptional talent.
DJ wise, he already has many great gigs and clubs to his name, and if you check this month's RebelPod you can hear just why so many people are tipping him for big things...
Production wise Seth already has a nice catalogue of releases, and his upcoming releases are generating many a whisper
It's been a long time coming, but the Chilean Berlin adoptee Dinky has finally made her mark on the UK scene. Already a smash in Europe and the US (she ran a hugely succesful night in NY with Magda for years), Dinky's appearances in the UK have become far more frequent thanks to the good peeps at Crosstown Rebels. Her 'Get Lost' mix will serve to cement her status as a respected techno DJ while cuts like 'Ringing' prove her worth as a producer. (* taken from IDJ magazine)
The long-awaited albums from Dinky and Pier Bucci should be with us soon; in the meantime, former's contribution to the Get Lost mix series is in stores now.
Former Rebels label manager Matthew Styles is now based In Berlin, and his move coincides with two new solo EPs: 'Sources', a three-tracker of late-night, dubby house on Dinky's Horizontal imprint, and the exceedingly tasty 'We Said Nothing' for Diamonds & Pearls.
The date is set, the venue is the best in Miami, the crew are bang up for it. All we need now is you...
Saturday morning, 29th March from 5am at Studio A in downtown Miami, we present the third Get Lost craziness. Alongside Damian Lazarus we will celebrate with a special birthday set from new Rebel Agency recruit Clive Henry, we will be in awe as Pier Bucci steps up to deliver a sneak preview of his new stunning album, another new Agency recruit, Seth Troxler will give himself to the people and Mr Jamie Jones has just announced that this party will be the showcase for his first ever live set.
This party is clearly not to be missed; you can buy your tickets in advance right now, from wantickets.com/embracemiami.
